Afoneitha – Bungalow Refurbishment

Here we worked to modernise the property throughout. Internal work included the repositioning of walls to create a better flow, installation of a fully fitted kitchen with utility, bathroom suite and doors. All fully replumbed, replastered and rewired throughout.

External works included a new roof, fully rendered exterior, removing a wall to create additional parking and installation of new fencing to create a secure rear garden.

Bryncoch – Period Property Renovation

Acton – Garden Studio

Here we removed an old garden shed, removed the raised concrete base and excavated the area to allow for a better height on the finished building. Because of the dimensions of the space a bespoke design was required to maximise the potential for interior space.

The building was fully insulated to allow year-round use. It was completed with double glazed window and door units.
